 "Durnath", officially named the "Dwarven Kingdom of Durnath" is a democratic meritocracy situated in the deep south of Ashenheim, and was founded on 11/09/2024 by Valton Geardelver, Bardin Geardelver, & Roðƿald Seabert. Durnath borders [[Hollenberg]] to the north, and [[Kurutuk]] to the west. Durnath is primarily inhabited by Dwarves, but there also large settlements of Humans, notably Brück an der Kan & The Pondering Tower. Durnath's culture centres around honour, honesty, integrity, and strength.

Roðƿald Seabert then took charge of the now independent kingdom, as he was Duke of Durnath under the reign of the [[Holy Pyrannic Empire]], but eventually stepped down and led way to a vote which resulted in Alrus of Clan Stonefist being elected.
